Who We Are

The content on this Site — including descriptions of services, process, project types, and design commentary — is provided for general information. It is not a binding offer, a quote, or professional advice for your specific home or project. Every home is different, and nothing on this Site substitutes for an in-home consultation and a written proposal.

Investment Ranges Are Not Quotes

We publish typical investment ranges so you can decide whether our approach fits your project before the first conversation. Those ranges are good-faith illustrations based on our experience — they are not estimates, bids, or offers for any specific project. Final pricing depends on your home, layout changes, structural scope, material selections, appliance packages, and site conditions, and is set only in a written proposal and signed contract. Published ranges may change without notice.

Consultations and Inquiries

Submitting the consultation form, calling, texting, or emailing us does not create a client relationship, a contract, or any obligation on either side. A project begins only when both parties sign a written agreement. We respond to every inquiry, but we take on a limited number of projects and are not able to accept every one.

Calls, Texts, and Automated Response

Calls to our published number may be answered first by an automated system that greets you and directs your call. Calls may be recorded; you will hear a notice at the start of the call. If you provide a mobile number, we may reply by text about your inquiry or project. Message and data rates may apply, and you can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP. How we handle recordings, transcripts, and messages is described in our Privacy Policy.

Portfolio and Project Representations

Portfolio photography and project descriptions reflect real work, but results vary from home to home. Photographs of work completed prior to Olson Kitchen + Bath’s operations reflect projects Bill Olson and the team delivered over more than five decades of construction in California and Washington, and are presented to illustrate the standard our work is held to.

On some projects our scope was limited to specific portions of the work — for example, finish carpentry and custom millwork within a project designed and led by others. Where that is the case, the credit appears with the image. Photography on this Site is not a representation that Olson Kitchen + Bath designed or performed every element of the space shown.

Intellectual Property

The Site and its content — text, photography, graphics, logos, and the Olson Kitchen + Bath name and marks — are owned by or licensed to Olson Kitchen + Bath and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, republish, scrape, or use the content commercially without our written permission.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to interfere with its operation, submitting false or misleading inquiries, harvesting information about others, or using the Site for any unlawful purpose.

The Site may reference or link to third parties — such as design showrooms, suppliers, or software platforms we use. We don’t control those sites or services and aren’t responsible for their content, availability, or practices. References to partners describe how we work; they are not endorsements by those partners of this Site.

This disclaimer applies to the website only; workmanship warranties for construction projects are set out in each project’s written contract.

To the fullest extent permitted by Washington law, Olson Kitchen + Bath will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and nothing in these Terms limits or modifies the terms of any signed construction contract.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Snohomish County, Washington.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted here with its effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
