Bathroom — Standard
A 5×10 to 5×12-foot bathroom built to the same craft standard as our larger work. Layout typically remains in place. New tile, fixtures, vanity, lighting, and finishes — every selection made and every material in storage before demolition begins.

Bathroom — Primary
A primary bath designed around how you live in it. Often includes a freestanding tub, a curbless or steam shower, radiant heated floors, a vanity built for the space, and specialty tile. The kind of bathroom that becomes the favorite room in the house.

Design & Craftsmanship
In a bathroom, the details are visible and used every day. Tile alignment, fixture placement, lighting balance, the transition from wall to floor to shower curb — they either resolve cleanly or they don’t. There is nowhere to hide a sloppy detail in a 60-square-foot room.
