How Olson Kitchen + Bath collects, uses, and protects your information.
What we are is a family that has spent four generations perfecting the craft of building beautiful, lasting spaces — and a firm built deliberately around the client experience that discerning homeowners deserve but rarely get.
When you invite Olson Kitchen + Bath into your home, you’re not hiring a company. You’re partnering with a family that takes your home as seriously as their own.
Effective date: 04/17/2026
Olson Kitchen + Bath (“Olson Kitchen + Bath,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a family-led remodeling firm based in Mill Creek, Washington. We take your privacy as seriously as we take your home. This policy explains what information we collect through our website, our phone system, and in the course of working with you, how we use it, and the choices you have.
The short version: we collect only what we need to respond to your inquiry and run your project well. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone except the service providers who help us do our work.

Information We Collect
Information you provide directly
When you request a consultation through our contact form, call, text, or email us, respond to one of our ads, or work with us on a project, we may collect:
- Your name and contact information (phone number, email address)
- Your project address, or the city or ZIP code of the project at the inquiry stage
- Details about your project — project type, scope, investment range, timeline, and your description of what you’re considering
- How you heard about us
- Information shared during consultations, phone calls, and project communications, including selections, approvals, and correspondence documented over the life of a project
- Payment and billing information necessary to administer your contract
Calls, recordings, and text messages
Calls to our published number may be answered first by an automated system that greets you and directs your call. Calls may be recorded, and you will hear a notice at the start of the call before any recording begins. We use recordings and any transcripts for training, quality, and accuracy of our project records. If you give us a mobile number, we may respond by text about your inquiry or project; you can stop those messages at any time by replying STOP.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, ours collects standard technical information when you visit — such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and how you arrived at the site — through cookies and similar technologies, including website analytics tools. This information helps us understand how visitors use the site and improve it. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Advertising and measurement technologies
We advertise online, including on social media platforms. Our site uses advertising and measurement technologies — such as conversion tracking pixels — provided by those platforms. These tools tell us which ads led to an inquiry and may allow the platform to show our ads to people who have visited our site. They may also allow the platform to associate your visit with an account you hold with them. You can limit this through your browser settings, your device settings, and the ad preferences offered by those platforms.
02
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiry
- Schedule and conduct consultations, prepare proposals, and administer contracts
- Plan, manage, and document your project, including scheduling, selections, progress updates
- Communicate with you about your project or inquiry
- Improve our website, measure our advertising, and understand how prospective clients find us
- Comply with legal, tax, licensing, and insurance obligations
We do not use your information for purposes unrelated to our work together, and we do not send marketing communications you haven’t asked for. If we ever offer an email list or newsletter, joining it will be your choice, and every message will include a way to unsubscribe.
03
How We Share Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
We share information only with the service providers and partners who help us deliver our work, and only as needed to do so:
- Customer relationship and communication software (GoHighLevel), which receives and routes website inquiries, calls, texts, and messages from our advertising
- Project management software (JobTread), which we use to manage schedules, selections, documents, and communications for your project
- Phone and communication services used to answer, route, record, and manage calls and messages
- Advertising and analytics platforms that measure our website and our ads, as described above
- Design and material partners — such as CFM, Ferguson, Seattle Lighting, Visual Comfort & Co., Kohler Design Center, and Chown Hardware, when coordinating your selections requires sharing relevant project details
- Website hosting and form providers that operate our website
- Professional advisors — such as our accountant, attorney, or insurer — when necessary
- Subcontractors and suppliers working on your project, limited to the information they need to perform their work
We may also disclose information if required by law, regulation, or valid legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of our clients, our team, or others.
04
Project Photography
During construction, we photograph work in progress for your project updates and our records. We may wish to feature photographs of completed projects in our portfolio and marketing. We will not publish identifying photographs of your home for marketing purposes without your permission, and we do not publish client names or street addresses alongside portfolio work without consent.
05
How We Protect and Retain Information
We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information, including limiting access to the small team that needs it. We retain project records for as long as needed to serve you, honor warranties, and meet legal, tax, and licensing requirements — and then only as long as reasonably necessary.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but protecting the information clients trust us with is part of the standard we hold ourselves to.
06
Your Choices and Rights
You can contact us at any time to:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you
- Request that we correct or update your information
- Request that we delete your information, subject to records we’re required to keep
- Opt out of any non-project communications, including text messages
To make any of these requests, email us at info@olsonkb.com or call us at 425-600-9114.
07
Children’s Privacy
Our website and services are directed to homeowners, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
08
Third-Party Links
Our website may link to third-party sites — such as partner showrooms or product manufacturers. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which we don’t control. We encourage you to review their policies.
